The annual NHBG Churches day in August visited the ruins of Tivetshall St Mary, the tower of which collapsed into the nave in 1949 (photo above), Tivetshall St Margaret with it’s beautiful recently restored 16th century tympaneum on the chancel arch (below), Pulham St Mary near Diss in south Norfolk with its splendid porch (bottom photo).
